Notice of Increase of Surchage for Vostochny
As you may know well, the continuous port congestion in Vostochny has been deteriorating, causing heavy losses of voyages. So we’d like to apply new amount of congestion surcharge at Vostochny under below scheme with effective date from 10-November 2021, Please refer to below details :
<< DETAIL>>
⚫ Name of surcharge : PCR (Port congestion Russia)
⚫ Scope : To all VYP discharged cargo
⚫ EFFECTIVE DATE : 10th OF Novermber, 2021 (on board date from ports of Loading, regardless of vessel delay or cargo booking)
⚫ Tariff : $400/$800 (20/40’) all type and size. (can be payable at POL or POD )
