[Notice of Surchage for Vostochny]

Due to a recent Vostochny port congestion, there is a new surcharge will be applied with effective date from 15-Aug 2021, We Sinokor has decided to apply a new surcharge(VRC) in order to recover Terminal congestion.

Please check below details :

⚫ Name of surchage : PCR (Port congestion Russia)

⚫ Scope : To all VYP discharged cargo

⚫ Effective Date : 15th OF August, 2021 (on board date from ports of Loading, regardless of vessel delay or cargo booking)

⚫ Tariff : $75/$150 (20/40’) all type and size. (Surcharge will be charged at POL).
